This book is written mainly for technical developers to help them understand the business requirements. I believe that it is very essential for technical folks to understand the business needs. Afterall, the main purpose IT service job is to support the business.
At various places, I have tried to compare PeopleSoft with SAP to explain a few concepts easily. However, my attempt is to explain things in simple english; even for those who do not have PeopleSoft or payroll background.
